In Bioceramics, human hair has been painstakingly implanted into the holes of a found porcelain Buchner Funnel using wax as a follicular unit.  The implanting of hair, which carries the DNA of a human, into an inanimate object results in an aesthetic that is both uncomfortable yet compelling.
